POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across the full private equity lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio value creation, working directly alongside senior investors and portfolio executives. Key responsibilities include:
- Investment Evaluation: In collaboration with senior team members, participate in all aspects of identifying, sourcing, assessing, and managing investment opportunities
- Market Research: Conduct research on target industries, markets, and competitive landscapes to identify trends and opportunities that will guide investment theses
- Financial Modeling/Analysis: Guide and drive detailed financial models and perform rigorous and complex analyses to value potential investments and inform decision-making
- Transaction Support: Assist in and begin structuring investment transactions and taking on leadership throughout the due diligence and negotiation process, including leading the preparation of investment committee materials and recommendations, drafting internal memoranda and investment process materials, and supporting and leading certain elements of transaction execution
- Portfolio Support: Work closely with portfolio companies and executive teams on various value-creation initiatives, including M&A support, organic growth initiatives, and other analyses
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
- 2+ years in investment banking (preferably M&A), private equity, or related experience
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Independent, analytical, and detail-oriented — thrives in a lean, collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related field
- Experience in Advanced Industrials is a plus but not required

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across the full private equity lifecycle while managing the systems and data that differentiate the firm’s platform. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with firmwide analytics and reporting (pipeline reporting, deal reports, watchlist, quarterly sourcing metrics, investor reporting, etc.)
- Actively managing the firm’s CRM system (data entry and accuracy, customization, QA/QC, reporting logic, system optimization), including managing 3rd party consultants and vendors on implementation and upgrade projects
- Establishing and enforcing CRM data governance standards and lead ongoing process improvement initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability across the firm
- Ensuring accurate entry, syncing and maintenance of contacts, notes, companies, interactions, and follow ups within the firm’s CRM system
- Managing integration of 3rd party data sources / platforms and the firm’s CRM system
- Driving continuous improvement and technology upgrade initiatives for the firm’s business development function; proactively evaluating, demoing, and recommending additional tools to enhance the firm’s integrated technology stack
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
- 2+ years professional experience in CRM / systems management, revenue ops, and operations support for investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or growth equity; and / or
- 2+ years experience working at CRM and data platform companies such as DealCloud, SalesForce, Grata, SourceScrub, and Pitchbook, with focus on investing and M&A applications
- High degree of proficiency with DealCloud or Salesforce
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
- Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
- Advanced problem-solving skills for complex issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical users
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize according to project timelines
- Proven ability to manage third parties, consultants, and vendors
- Experience using AI tools, with a proactive mindset toward learning, experimentation, and embedding AI into processes to drive efficiency & workflow optimization
- DealCloud Platform Manager certification preferred
